Salute is a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation to individuals traveling to medical appointments, dialysis treatments, therapy sessions, hospital discharges, and other healthcare-related visits. Our mission is to ensure every member arrives safely, on time, and with the highest level of care and professionalism.

Position Overview:
We are currently hiring responsible and professional drivers who use their own vehicles to transport members to and from medical appointments. Drivers play a vital role in ensuring our members receive dependable transportation and excellent customer service.
Driver Responsibilities:
Route Preparation & Confirmation:
Drivers will receive their assigned route the night before. Drivers are required to contact each assigned member to confirm the next day's appointment. If the member does not answer the call, drivers must send a text message introducing themselves as the driver for the upcoming medical appointment. This process helps reduce cancellations and ensures members are prepared and waiting at pickup time.
Transportation Duties:
Safely transport members to and from medical appointments. Arrive on time and maintain a professional and courteous attitude. Assist members as needed with entering and exiting the vehicle (non-medical assistance only). Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle.
Will Calls:
Drivers are required to assist throughout the day with "will calls." A will call occurs when a member contacts us and is ready to be picked up and taken home. Our dispatch team activates the will call and assigns it to the closest available driver. Drivers must remain responsive and available for these trips during working hours.
Requirements:
