• Part-time, Full-time Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Inflatable Event Crew member, specializing in driving, setup, and takedown of exciting inflatable attractions for a variety of events.

This energetic role offers the opportunity to be part of memorable experiences by ensuring the safe and efficient installation and transportation of inflatables. You'll be a key player in delivering fun, engaging activities while maintaining high safety standards and exceptional customer service. Whether you're behind the wheel or hands-on with setup, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create unforgettable moments for clients and participants alike. This is a performance-based role with a clear path to $20/hour and the opportunity to advance to $25/hour as you take on more responsibility within the company. Responsibilities Safely transport inflatable equipment to and from event locations using truck and trailer with manual transmission. Load and unload inflatables, ensuring secure handling with heavy lifting techniques and proper equipment when needed. Set up inflatables at event sites, including anchoring, securing, and inspecting for safety compliance. Dismantle and pack up inflatables after events, ensuring all equipment is accounted for and stored properly. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, event coordinators, and team members throughout the setup and takedown process. Conduct routine inspections of inflatables for damage or safety issues before use. Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse storage areas and delivery vehicles to streamline operations. Requirements Weekend Availability (Friday

• Sunday) Prior experience in delivery driving, warehouse work, or event setup is highly preferred.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating a truck and trailer is a plus. Proven ability to perform heavy lifting and moving equipment. Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and event attendees. Ability to drive route-driven deliveries confidently while adhering to schedules. Physical stamina to stand, lift 75-100 lbs, bend, and move for extended periods during setup or takedown in Texas heat.
