Job Description

A. POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a responsible full time FedEx Delivery Drivers to delivery packages promptly to our customers including residential and business. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

B. RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures compliance with all the AllEcom Corporation policies/procedures and applicable governmental and FedEx regulations. Ensures complete all the assigned delivery packages daily in an efficient time and safe manners with customer satisfaction. Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints. Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes Responsible for the assigned company equipment. Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle Responsible for all company trainings Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Be flexible and multitask to meet the dynamic business needs.

C. QUALIFICATION

Be 21 years or older. Have professional driving experience within the last one year of career or be currently enrolled in an entry-level driving course. Driving experience can come from a wide variety of industries such as military, construction, any types of commercial vehicle(buses or trucks), Uber/Lyft, and more. NO CDL License required. Hold a valid and up to date driver's license and must not hold a record that contains an extensive number of accidents and/or violations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good driving record with no traffic violations. Complete a full background check. In the background check, a potential driver cannot have any DUI's or felony convictions or his/her records.

Pass both drug tests authorized by FedEx Ground and a Department of Transportation(DOT) physical exam.

D. MINIMUM EDUCATION

Required High school diploma or GED.
