Because you prepared it perfectly, drove it safely, and documented it precisely, their care team keeps moving. That's the impact you'll have from our Kent service center across the Seattle-Tacoma area. What the work looks like You'll stage rental medical equipment, confirm paperwork, load a 26-foot box truck, and head to hospitals and nursing homes. You'll deliver and pick up equipment, secure signatures, and close out documentation. Back at the warehouse, you'll clean and disinfect to quality standards, then log vehicle maintenance so our fleet stays mission-ready. Rotating on-call coverage keeps our response reliable. Schedule Full-time with Tuesday-Saturday coverage on 1st or 2nd shift , plus rotating on-call. Core responsibilities Prepare equipment and documentation for delivery. Load/unload equipment safely. Drive a 26-foot box truck for deliveries and pick-ups. Process delivery/pick-up documentation accurately. Maintain vehicle appearance and complete routine maintenance with records. Clean and disinfect medical equipment to quality standards. Deliver outstanding customer etiquette at every interaction. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent. Clean driving record (required) and ability to drive a work truck. Two (2) years' experience in service or operations. Two (2) years' experience in front-line customer service. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strength to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 135 lbs. Ability to work with solvents and cleaners in a non-climate controlled warehouse.
