Shift :
2nd Shift Job overview: Schneider is seeking an Operations Support Representative in Green Bay to provide excellent customer service to both Schneider drivers and customers during non-traditional business hours. The Operations Support Representative will answer calls, track orders and solve driver- and customer-related problems that arise.
Responsibilities:
Act as a subject matter expert for drivers and customers. Solve problems to prevent customer delays. Provide updates to first shift associates on issues that occurred during non-business hours. Maintain strong working relationships with customers, drivers and team members. Use a wide range of technology to accurately and efficiently complete work.Skills and qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Strong problem-solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Able to work non-traditional business hours.Pay and benefits:
