Schedule:

mix of day trips and multi-day charters; nights/weekends/holidays as assigned We hire professional motor coach operators and bus drivers who run clean, on-time charter and tour / corporate / athletic travel / and shuttle work. You represent the company from pre-trip to last passenger off. What you will do Pre-trip and post-trip inspect a motor coach and document defects Drive assigned charters and trips safely, on time, and in compliance with

DOT/FMCSA

hours of service Load/unload passenger luggage and assist passengers as needed (lift up to 50 lbs) Provide calm, professional customer service to groups, tour staff, and dispatch Complete logs, DVIR, and trip paperwork accurately Follow company safety, appearance, and passenger policies Stay overnight on multi-day trips when assigned [delete if local only] Required qualifications Valid Class A or B CDL with Passenger (P) endorsement and air brake At least 3 years of paid passenger-carrying experience in a motor coach, over-the-road charter, or comparable heavy passenger vehicle (not private auto) Age 25 or older Acceptable MVR and ability to be insured on our policy Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and a criminal background check Ability to work the posted schedule, including weekends and holidays when charters require it Professional appearance and passenger-facing communication Nice to have (not required) Charter / tour / mini coach / corporate motor coach experience Clean inspection and accident history Experience with Prevost / MCI / Volvo Passenger assistance / ADA familiarity Pay and benefits Up to $75,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience, trip mix, with full availability Quarterly safety bonus incentives: $300 Dental and vision insurance Paid time off per diem, paid hotels on overnights, uniforms, paid orientation, referral bonus How to apply Apply here with a brief note on your coach/charter experience and CDL-P status.
