This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, staying active, and being part of a fun and positive team environment. The Driver & Coach will provide safe and reliable transportation for children ages 5-13 from local schools to Milwaukee Yard, followed by coaching and supervising children in our after-school programs. This position is designed for a Coach who will transition into an After School Driver role, providing an opportunity to take on additional transportation responsibilities while continuing to work directly with children. Coach, supervise, and engage children in after-school activities Responsibilities Safely transport children from schools to Milwaukee Yard using a company van or 14-passenger bus. Follow all transportation and safety procedures. Maintain a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for children. Coach and lead sports, games, and physical activities for children ages 5-13. Provide supervision and ensure children are engaged and accounted for at all times. Communicate professionally and positively with children, parents, and staff. Assist with daily activities and programming as needed. Maintain a dependable and punctual schedule. Represent Milwaukee Yard in a professional and positive manner. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record. Previous experience working with children is preferred. Coaching, sports, education, childcare, or camp experience is a plus. Must be responsible, dependable, patient, and energetic. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well with both children and adults. Must be comfortable driving a company van or 14-passenger bus. Ability to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children.
