Please note rate of pay is $23 BUT the crew on the truck gets cash tips on a regular basis and adds up to a substantial amount monthly. Also you are paid between jobs while on the truck. Duties Safely load, unload, and transport junk, salvage items, and recyclable materials from designated areas. Able to lift 75 to 100 pounds repeatedly and use furniture moving equipment safely and efficiently. Sort and categorize items for recycling or disposal according to company standards and environmental regulations. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure safe handling of all materials. Operate basic equipment such as carts, dollies, or trucks to facilitate efficient hauling processes. Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and meet daily productivity goals. Experience Previous experience in physical labor or salvage work is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic. Familiarity with customer service principles, including client/in person etiquette and effective communication skills. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively.

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
