Job Description
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Junk Removal Helper to join our crew. This position starts as a part-time helper role, but we're looking for someone who can grow with the company. For the right person, there is potential to take on more hours and responsibility over time, including driving our trucks, communicating with customers, helping quote/sell jobs, and eventually taking more of a lead role on jobs. What you'll be doing: Loading furniture, junk, debris, and other items Helping with house, garage, basement, and property cleanouts Loading and unloading our truck Working directly around customers and their homes General physical labor Who we're looking for: Dependable and shows up on time Hardworking and able to handle physical work Personable, respectful, and comfortable speaking with customers Able to follow directions and work well with a crew Interested in learning and taking on more responsibility Has reliable transportation Valid driver's license required 18+ Moving, junk removal, construction, landscaping, warehouse, customer service, or similar experience is a plus, but not required. We serve Fairfield County and New Haven County and are based in Bridgeport, so being reasonably close to Bridgeport is preferred.
Pay:
$18
•22/hour Plus tips Schedule is currently flexible and based on workload, usually a few days per week. There is potential for increased hours and a larger role as the company grows
