Private family in Nocatee seeking an experienced Household Assistant for a part-time, long- term position. This is a W-2 role with taxes withheld, paid time off, and paid holidays — administered through a household payroll service.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. The position begins at 12 hours per week (8:00 AM-12:00 PM) and increases to 18 hours per week (8:00 AM-2:00 PM) following the family's local relocation, with additional paid project hours during the move itself.

Responsibilities:

Household laundry, including linens, towels, and put-away Organizing and maintaining order throughout the home Kitchen resets and light food preparation — portioning, lunch components, dinner staging (no menu planning or full-meal cooking) Garment and shoe care, including steam closet operation, ironing, and spot treatment Managing household ordering and inventory through online grocery and retail platforms Care of two dogs — walks, feeding, and yard upkeep Light equipment maintenance and supply management Occasional local errands One-time relocation project: packing, labeling, and unpacking (additional paid hours, scheduled in advance) This role does not include: childcare, transporting children, or deep cleaning (a professional crew is contracted separately).

Requirements:

Prior experience in private household work Knowledge of fabric and materials care Comfort using smartphone apps for household ordering Comfortable working around dogs Valid driver's license and auto insurance for occasional errands Must pass a background check and reference verification
