Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Lumper / Mover Helper, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient moves for our clients. This energetic position involves assisting with the loading, unloading, and movement of furniture and personal goods. You'll work alongside experienced team members to handle materials safely and accurately, supporting overall moving productivity. Responsibilities Assist with the loading and unloading of shipments using manual handling techniques. Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed in accordance with OSHA standards during all handling activities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe, efficient move. Greet customers and participate in the walk through, asking pertinent questions when applicable. Gather pads and packing materials from truck to start prepping customer's househould goods. Keep lines of communication open with your Crew Leader and the customer. Qualifications Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively throughout the shift. Strong manual handling skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and teamwork.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
