What You'll Be Doing As a Crew Lead / Driver, you'll work directly with customers while leading or assisting a moving crew throughout the day.

Responsibilities include:

Driving a 26-foot box truck safely and professionally Wrapping and padding furniture Loading and unloading trucks Carrying furniture, boxes, appliances, and other household items Disassembling and reassembling furniture Protecting customers' homes and belongings Keeping the truck, equipment, and job site organized Communicating professionally with customers Working closely with your crew to complete moves safely and efficiently Helping create the kind of experience that earns Happy 2 Help another five-star review This is physical work. Some days are easy. Some days are long, hot, exhausting, and difficult. You may be carrying heavy furniture upstairs in Florida heat, working in rain, or handling a large move that takes most of the day. We don't pretend otherwise. We're looking for people who are physically capable of the job and take pride in working hard. What We're Looking For You should be: Extremely reliable Hardworking and self-motivated Responsible and mature Comfortable taking direction and giving direction when needed Team-oriented Professional around customers Detail-focused when handling furniture and customers' homes Able to stay productive without needing someone constantly watching you Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and performing repetitive lifting throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors and in Florida heat and weather Willing to learn our systems and the Happy 2 Help way of doing things Prior moving experience is preferred, but not required . In fact, even experienced movers will be trained to follow our standards and procedures. For the driver position, you must also: Have a clean driving record Be comfortable operating a 26-foot box truck Be able to pass a drug test Pay & Earning Potential Starting hourly pay is $17-$22/hour depending on experience and ability.
