Hiring immediately J&J Junk NC is a locally owned and operated junk removal company serving Fuquay-Varina and surrounding areas. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Haulers. This is a hands-on, physical position that is great for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, and being part of a small team. No previous junk removal or moving experience is required—we are looking for people with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Load and unload junk, furniture, appliances, and other household or commercial items Carry heavy items safely from homes, apartments, businesses, garages, and other locations Assist with residential and commercial cleanouts Help with dump runs and unloading at disposal facilities Assist with light demolition projects Work efficiently with other crew members Interact professionally and respectfully with customers Help keep job sites and equipment organized Follow safety procedures while lifting, carrying, and removing items What We're Looking For Ideal candidates are: Reliable and punctual Hardworking and willing to stay busy Physically capable of repeatedly lifting and carrying heavy items Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Professional and respectful around customers Able to work well as part of a team Able to follow instructions and communicate clearly Flexible with scheduling Willing to work occasional weekends when needed No previous experience is necessary. Haulers are not required to drive the company truck.
