We're looking for a motivated Contents Cleaning Technician to join our Restoration/Reconstruction Team. You'll help restore customers' homes, businesses, and personal belongings after unexpected disasters while working with a supportive team and industry-leading equipment. What You'll Do Clean and restore personal belongings damaged by fire, water, smoke, and other disasters. Pack, inventory, transport, store, and return customers' belongings with care. Perform post-construction, structural, and specialty cleaning services. Document contents and maintain accurate inventories. Operate company vehicles, including vans and box trucks. Work at residential and commercial job sites while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. What We're Looking For Cleaning, moving, restoration, or warehouse experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive attitude with excellent customer service and communication. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be at least 18 years old. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience (DOE). Fully paid on-the-job training. Paid vacation and 6 paid holidays. Quarterly profit sharing.
