Movers & Drivers Needed

In these vital roles, you will be responsible for safely transporting, loading, and unloading goods while providing exceptional customer service. Positions Available Movers:

$18-$25/hour Load and unload furniture and household items ensuring proper handling to prevent damage Pack and wrap furniture for safe transport Disassemble and reassemble furniture when needed Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently Drivers /

Crew Leaders:

$25-$30/hour Safely drive and operate box trucks and or trailers to and from job sites adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations Lead a crew on moving jobs Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and professionally Communicate with customers on-site Load and unload furniture and household items ensuring proper handling to prevent damage Pack and wrap furniture for safe transport Disassemble and reassemble furniture when needed Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently Follow designated routes for delivery or pickup, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection reports Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues promptly Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and compliance requirements What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of moving experience (REQUIRED) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable and on time Ability to lift 75-100 lbs regularly Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Team player with good communication skills Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with customers at all times Professional appearance, including maintaining a clean and presentable condition on all job sites Must wear company-issued uniform (shirt and hat) at all times while on job sites Respectful attitude and ability to represent the company in a professional manner Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure Attention to detail when handling and protecting customer belongings Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods, including long shifts Driver Requirements Valid driver's license (REQUIRED) Clean driving record preferred Experience driving box trucks is a plus Experience driving with trailers is a plus CDL Class A or B is a plus Leadership ability and accountability Company Standards & Expectations All team members are expected to represent the company professionally at all times: Must wear company-issued uniform (shirt and hat) at all times while on job sites Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance suitable for working in customers' homes Provide excellent customer service and communicate respectfully with all clients Arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled jobs Follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team Handle all furniture and customer belongings with care and attention to detail Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic throughout the workday Drug-free and alcohol-free work environment No use of drugs or alcohol on job sites or in company vehicles No smoking during jobs or in company vehicles Use of personal phones must be limited to breaks or job-related communication only Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner at all times Must be able to pass a background check where permitted by law If you're reliable, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a professional team — we want to hear from you.
