=) If you've got leadership in your blood, a clean driving record, and don't mind breaking a sweat while cracking a joke, you might be our next Crew Lead!

What You'll Do:

Drive our 26' box trucks (no CDL required) Lead a crew of 1-5 movers and keep the day flowing Load, unload, and secure household goods Communicate clearly with customers and teammates Disassemble & reassemble furniture (beds, tables, etc.) Train new movers on safety, wrapping, and loading

Must-Haves:

Valid driver's license (Class C) + clean Motor Vehicle Record Comfortable lifting 100+ lbs repeatedly Positive, coachable, and dependable Experience driving larger trucks preferred Bonus if you've been a team lead, foreman, or crew boss

What You Get:

• 25/hr + Daily Tips ($20

Growth Path:

Schedule:

Most days start at 7:30 AM 35-60 hours/week available

• lots of overtime pay through Summer if you want it Weekend work is optional but appreciated and is usually OT pay
