Momentum Movers operates using a roster-based scheduling system. As moves become available, job opportunities are sent to our team roster and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You choose which available moves fit your schedule, and once you accept a move, you are expected to arrive on time and ready to work. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible, supplemental income rather than a traditional fixed weekly schedule. Pay starts at $20-$25/hour depending on experience + cash tips. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to transport customers' belongings to and from job locations Load and unload furniture, boxes, appliances, and other household items using proper techniques and equipment Properly wrap, protect, and secure items during transit to prevent damage Use moving equipment such as furniture dollies, hand trucks, moving blankets, and lifting straps Follow designated routes while adhering to traffic laws and company safety procedures Communicate professionally with customers and fellow crew members throughout each move Lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 75+ lbs for extended periods Maintain a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional appearance on every job Help keep company vehicles and moving equipment clean and organized Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record required to operate company vehicles Previous moving, delivery, furniture, warehouse, or similar experience preferred Experience using furniture dollies, lifting straps, and other moving equipment is highly desirable Ability to safely perform physically demanding work throughout a move Reliable transportation to and from scheduled jobs Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to respond to available job opportunities and arrive on time for moves you accept Scheduling & Availability
