Job Summary Join our dynamic moving and packing team as a Mover/Packer, where your energy and dedication will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for safely handling, packing, loading, and unloading items while ensuring efficient and careful transportation. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to smooth operations and satisfied clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse operations, driving, and customer service within a fast-paced environment. Duties Safely load and unload goods using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies Pack items securely for transport, ensuring protection against damage during transit Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management, material handling, and maintaining a clean workspace Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safe lifting practices and weight handling guidelines Provide excellent customer service during delivery or pickup appointments, addressing client questions professionally Experience Previous warehouse experience or moving/packing roles preferred but not required; training will be provided Valid driver's license with commercial driving or courier experience is a plus Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is advantageous Experience in delivery driving, route driving, or mobile device usage for navigation and communication Knowledge of safe lifting practices, heavy lifting techniques, and proper manual handling procedures Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks involving manual handling equipment such as dollies This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to work in a physically active environment that values safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
