  • 27+/hour including tips and bonuses.
Base Pay Movers:
$14/hr starting
Drivers:
$16
  • 20/hr starting Tips Average $75
  • 100/day Bonuses Weekly performance bonuses Additional cash incentives Overtime available (time-and-a-half) Summer Bonus Up to $1,500 bonus for employees hired between June 1
  • June 30th, 2026 Many movers become drivers within 4-6 weeks through our in-house driving training program .

Customer service experience or manual labor experience is helpful, but not required . Location We operate throughout Madison, Waukesha, Glendale, and Milwaukee WI. Reliable transportation is helpful, but carpooling with other employees is often available.
