Job Description
Pegasus is looking for a Cabin Appearance Agent (CAA) to work in Anchorage, AK. Cabin Appearance Agents at Pegasus Aviation Services are responsible for cabin cleaning operations. CAA work in teams to achieve the highest level of service and quality to our customer airlines, including monitoring the on-time performance goals set forth by each airline operation. The CAA position is a support services position whose work routine is established and follows a set of procedures. - Responsibilities
- + Services aircraft as needed including: + Cabin cleaning. + Safe and efficient operations. + Responsible for maintaining safety and security on board aircraft at all times. + Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Qualifications
- + Must be at least 18 years of age. + Must be a U.S. citizen or show proof of right to work in the U.S. + Successfully complete a background investigation, including FBI fingerprints, criminal history and pre-employment drug test.
Language Skills:
- + Able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English. + Good communication skills. + Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals. + Write routine reports and correspondence. + Speak effectively one-on-one and before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Math skills:
- + Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Abilities:
- + Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram form.
