KC-130 Load Master Simulator Instructor Fidelity Technology Services LLC United States, Hawaii, Honolulu Aug 25, 2026 Fidelity Technology Services, LLC is seeking a full-time, non-remote, KC-130J Load Master to serve as a Simulator Contractor Instructor at MCAS Kaneohe Bay on O'ahu, Hawaii.
Position Requirements:
Be or have been a designated Naval Air Training Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) qualified Flight Engineer or CrewMaster Level 1 within the preceding five (5) years. (Or USAF Equivalent). Previously designated as a Combat Assault Transport Instructor (CATI) (Or USAF Equivalent). Have been designated as a Systems Instructor (SI) (Or USAF Equivalent). Have been designated as an Air Delivery Instructor (ADI) (Or USAF Equivalent). Have been designated as An Assistant NATOPS Instructor (ANI) is highly preferred (Or USAF Equivalent). Have been designated as a Mission Instructor (MI) (Or USAF Equivalent). Completed a minimum of Fifteen hundred (1500) flying hours in the C-130 aircraft. Be eligible to hold a Secret Clearance Successfully complete a NATOPS Open Book, Closed Book, and EP Exam (Bold Face). Demonstrate instructor-level knowledge of the KC-130: Mission, crew procedures, aircraft maintenance procedures, passenger and cargo loading/unloading, aerial delivery and rigging, tactics and threats, curriculum change forms.
Position Responsibilities:
The Instructor will provide instructional and curriculum support as needed. The Instructor shall support training evolutions with instruction, setup, preparation, and assistance in the execution of T&R Syllabus levels 2000 and 6000. The Instructor shall support and attend scheduled identified flight briefs and/or meetings as required. Participate in STAN meetings as directed by

Attend monthly CIP training meetings, as directed by VMGR-152 or
VMGR-153
training Department. Perform as NATOPS Instrument Evaluators and Assistant NATOPS Instructors.
