The MQ-9 Contract Instructor Pilot must have been a pilot or simulator instructor for the MQ-9 or RQ-21A within the preceding 3 years. Applicant must also have completed a minimum of 350 hours of flight time and/or instructor time in the MQ-9 or RQ-21A. The MQ-9 Contract Instructor Pilot shall be able to possess and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the MQ-9 mission, crew procedures (normal and emergency), tactics (reconnaissance profiles, payloads, etc.), and Fleet Replacement Pilot training syllabi.
