Part-Time Duties/Responsibilities Conduct classroom teaching sessions to cover theoretical knowledge, FAA regulations, safety procedures, and aviation best practices. Must be available Monday through Friday 8:30am-11:00am to teach ground school. The rest of the time can be flight instruction time. Lead practical flying lessons focusing on flying aircraft safely and efficiently under visual and instrument conditions. Evaluate student progress through assessments, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods to meet individual learning needs. Maintain detailed records of training activities, flight hours, and student performance in compliance with federal aviation standards. Stay current with industry developments, including updates to FAA regulations and advancements in aviation technology, to ensure high-quality instruction.
