Job Description

REACH Medical Holdings seeks a Helicopter Pilot to support air medical transport operations in Healthcare & Medical Services within our Transportation & Logistics department. You will safely operate helicopters for emergency and interfacility missions, ensuring rapid, reliable transport for critically ill or injured patients. Working closely with medical crews, you'll follow FAA, company, and safety protocols, perform thorough pre/post-flight checks, monitor weather and flight risk, and maintain detailed flight records. Responsibilities Safely operate helicopters for emergency and interfacility medical transport missions Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections and safety checks Evaluate weather, routes, and risk to ensure safe, efficient mission planning Comply with all FAA, HAA, and company policies, procedures, and regulations Coordinate closely with flight nurses, paramedics, and dispatch for mission execution Maintain accurate flight logs, aircraft records, and required documentation Participate in ongoing safety, CRM, and skills training programs Support a safety-first, team-oriented culture during high-stress missions Required Skills Helicopter flight operations IFR and night flying Air medical/EMS aviation procedures Flight planning and navigation Risk assessment and aeronautical decision-making Crew Resource Management (CRM) Aircraft systems and performance knowledge Radio communications and ATC procedures Weather interpretation and aviation meteorology Regulatory compliance (FAA/HAA)
