Hours:

Approximately 20-30 hours per week Golden Hearts, Inc. is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and energetic Service Provider to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This position includes:

10 hours per week of Group Day Habilitation An additional 10-20 hours per week of 1:1 Day Habilitation and Supported Living services Providing safe transportation for residents to community activities, appointments, errands, and other scheduled services Planning and participating in meaningful recreational, social, and skill-building activities Supporting residents with independence, community inclusion, personal goals, and daily living skills Completing accurate and timely service documentation Maintaining professional communication with residents, coworkers, guardians, and administration Driving Requirement This is a driving position. Applicants must have a reliable vehicle with enough seating to safely transport at least 3-4 residents when assigned. Mileage expectations and transportation responsibilities will be discussed during the interview. Minimum Requirements Valid driver's license Clean driving record Current vehicle insurance Reliable transportation Valid CPR and First Aid certification Current negative TB test Ability to safely transport 3-4 residents Dependable attendance and punctuality Professional, patient, and respectful approach when working with adults with disabilities Ability to pass all required background checks Paid training will be provided.
