Job Summary We are seeking 3 Part-time motivated and responsible Non-Commercial Driver's License Drivers to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will operate various passenger vehicles, including vans, shuttles, limousines, and medical transport vehicles, to safely and efficiently transport clients, staff, and goods across local routes. Your primary focus will be providing exceptional customer service while adhering strictly to traffic regulations and safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about driving and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Must know the Auburn, AL area and you also have the ability to earn high dollar tips plus hourly. Duties Safely operate passenger vehicles such as vans, shuttles, limousines, and medical transportation vehicles on designated local routes. Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of clients or passengers while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Use GPS navigation systems to plan optimal routes and adjust as needed for traffic or road conditions. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness. Assist passengers with boarding, alighting, and any special needs, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Adhere to all traffic laws, state transportation regulations, and company policies during every trip. Handle heavy lifting or manual handling tasks when necessary for loading or unloading equipment or luggage. Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition reports. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly. Experience Proven delivery driver experience with a strong understanding of local driving routes and traffic patterns. Experience operating passenger vehicles such as vans, shuttle buses, limousines, or medical transport vehicles. Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and route planning software. Knowledge of state transportation regulations and safety standards applicable to non-commercial driving licenses. Prior experience in customer service roles involving client communication and client-focused driving (e.g., chauffeur driving or paratransit services). Ability to perform light maintenance tasks on vehicles and handle manual lifting safely. Strong communication skills combined with a professional demeanor suitable for interacting with diverse clients. Pay:
