The Role This is a hands-on, generalist role — a true jack/jill of all trades. You'll run the physical backbone of Rapid Medical's LA County office: keeping the workplace clean, stocked, and fully functioning; managing a storage, merch inventory and warehouse system that never runs short. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you'll also own key recruiting tasks — conducting phone screens, managing open roles on Fountain (our ATS), and updating our recruiting tracker once applicants are approved. You'll partner closely with the operations team on handoffs for driver training and kit shipments. What You'll Own Workplace & Facilities Keep the office clean, stocked, and running — snacks, drinks, lunch orders, and any maintenance issue that comes up. If something's broken or the pantry's empty, you're the one who notices first and gets it fixed. Inventory & Warehouse Fulfillment Manage inventory across storage units, coordinate with the warehouse to keep shelves stocked, and physically move product between locations. Build and ship supply kits to new and existing drivers — on schedule, every time. Onboarding Coordination Meet & Greet anyone. Keep notes on tracker. Notify the Operations team when drivers are ready for on-field training. Build & ship driver kits. Who We're Looking For Organized — you keep multiple moving pieces (inventory, orders, candidates) straight without dropping balls. Physically capable — comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs regularly between storage units, and hold a valid driver's license for occasional local errands, including transporting packages to a UPS Store for overnight shipment. Resourceful — when something breaks, runs out, or falls through, you find a fix without waiting to be told. Recruiting- Prior experience conducting phone screens or supporting a hiring pipeline preferred. A self-starter — you don't need constant direction; you notice what needs doing and do it. A clear communicator — you keep Operations, the talent team, and drivers in the loop without being asked.
