We are seeking an enthusiastic and technology-driven Product Technologist to help customers understand and enjoy the innovative features of their new Volvo. Position Summary The Product Technologist serves as the dealership's Volvo product expert, supporting customers throughout their ownership journey. This role is responsible for demonstrating vehicle technology, conducting new vehicle deliveries, providing post-purchase support, and assisting the sales and service teams with product knowledge. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer experiences during new vehicle handovers. Educate customers on Volvo safety systems, infotainment, connectivity, Google built-in features, and driver assistance technologies. Conduct personalized vehicle orientations and answer customer questions before and after delivery. Support the sales team with product demonstrations and test drives. Maintain expert knowledge of Volvo products, software updates, accessories, and emerging technologies. Assist customers with pairing mobile devices, setting up connected services, and configuring vehicle features. Provide follow-up support to ensure customers are comfortable using their vehicle's technology. Train dealership staff on new Volvo models, features, and technology updates. Ensure showroom and demonstration vehicles are properly prepared and updated. Work collaboratively with the sales and service departments to deliver a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive retail, customer service, or technology-focused roles is preferred. Strong interest in automotive technology and electric vehicles. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and customer-friendly manner. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and digital applications. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
