Full-Time | Part-Time | About the Role Infinity Transport & Logistics is hiring active, dependable Delivery Helpers to assist our drivers on daily routes out of Seaford, DE. No driving is required for this role. You will ride along as a team member, helping organize packages inside the vehicle and delivering them safely to residential and business doorsteps. Compensation & Benefits $19.00 / hour base pay Paid training Flexible schedules: Full-Time (4-5 days) or Part-Time (2-3 days) Weekly pay Opportunity to advance into a Delivery Driver role ($22.50/hr) once eligible Key Responsibilities Ride as an assistant alongside the delivery driver throughout assigned routes. Organize, stage, and locate packages inside the delivery van for quick stops. Walk, lift, and carry packages up to 50 lbs directly to customer delivery points. Scan items and confirm deliveries using company handheld devices. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Valid government-issued photo ID or State ID (driving license not required). Authorized to work in the United States. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout a shift. Pass a standard pre-employment background screening and drug test (non-DOT).
