$18.50 Per Hour Baystate Delivery Inc. is seeking dependable, hardworking, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Amazon Delivery Helpers . As an Amazon Delivery Helper , you'll ride along with an Amazon Delivery Driver, assist with loading and unloading packages, and help ensure efficient, on-time deliveries. No driving is required.
What We Offer Starting Pay:
$18.50 per hour
Weekly Pay Full-Time Schedule:
4 days per week, 8-10-hour shifts
Start Time:
10:00 AM Paid Overtime (over 40 hours) Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Benefits 401(k) with Company Match Tuition Reimbursement Paid Training Flexible Scheduling Job Responsibilities Assist the delivery driver with loading and unloading packages. Ride along on delivery routes and help complete deliveries efficiently. Deliver packages safely and professionally to homes and businesses. Provide outstanding customer service during every delivery. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with drivers, dispatchers, managers, and fellow team members. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a safe, respectful, team-oriented work environment. Work outdoors in various weather conditions. Lift, carry, and move packages throughout the shift.
