Full Job Description Duties:
- Safely and efficiently transport passengers to and from the adult day program
- Communicate effectively with passengers to ensure a positive experience
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation
Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial driving, such as paratransit or school bus driving, is preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with passengers
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with passengers and address any concerns or questions
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, as needed
