This position focuses on scanning assigned areas, identifying vehicles connected to active repossession assignments, and promptly reporting verified locations to our recovery team.

Responsibilities:
Operate a company vehicle equipped with LPR camera technology. Drive assigned routes throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas. Monitor the LPR system for potential vehicle matches and live hits. Safely verify license plates, vehicle descriptions, and VIN information when possible. Photograph located vehicles and document accurate addresses. Immediately report verified vehicles to the recovery team using company applications and communication channels. Maintain accurate activity and location records. Follow all traffic laws, company procedures, and data-privacy requirements. Keep assigned vehicles and camera equipment clean and properly maintained. Continue scanning after reporting a vehicle unless instructed otherwise. Do not confront vehicle owners or attempt to repossess vehicles.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 23 years old. Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify vehicle information. Comfortable using smartphones, navigation systems, and mobile applications. Ability to remain alert while driving for extended periods. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Previous LPR, repossession, towing, delivery, security, or professional driving experience is preferred but not required.
