Pay Rate:

$19.00 / hour

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00

PM Status:

Full-time 35-hours a week

Ballston Spa What You'll Do:

As a DSP you will empower the people that we support to thrive, build independence, and engage with their community.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Implementing Service Plans:

Supporting those we work with towards accomplishing their daily goals and documenting progress

Community Involvement:

Guiding and assisting those we support in typical community settings

Skill Building:

Help with developing personal hygiene, safety and daily living routines

Mobility and Personal Care:

Assisting with transfers (including wheelchairs), personal hygiene, and boarding agency vehicles

Qualifications:

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience :

Previous experience in human services preferred (we provide

PAID TRAINING

)

Driver's License :
