What does our Bus Driver/Job Trainer Specialist do? FLAME, an American cover band that performs around the world playing all your favorites, is looking for a Bus Driver/Job Trainer Specialist to join our team! FLAME is more than a band. Our talented Band Members embrace their abilities, inspire audiences, and show what is possible through the power of music. As our Bus Driver/Job Trainer Specialist, you'll help Band Members build the skills, confidence, and independence they need to succeed both on stage and off. This hands-on position provides job training and support to help Band Members prepare for and maintain competitive employment while also providing safe transportation to practices, performances, events, and other activities. You'll also be an important part of FLAME's day-to-day operations, helping with vehicle upkeep, merchandise and inventory management, travel coordination, performances, and life on the road. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; experience supporting people with developmental disabilities preferred. Valid New York State Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Article 19-A certification required at the time of hire. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. What can The Arc Lexington offer you?
