• Your day as a Paratransit Driver will include:
• + Safely transport of community members and neighbors to and from appointments, errands and everything in between.

+ Supervise boarding and unloading at stops; assist citizens while entering the vehicle and with mobility aids. + Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires, emergency exits). + Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean and sanitary. + Obey all traffic laws and company safety standards. + Communicate with passengers, staff, and dispatch about behavior or delays. + Demonstrate leadership and customer service skills.
