Duties Safely operate passenger vehicles such as buses, vans, limousines, or shuttles along designated local routes, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off of students or clients Conduct pre-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and fluid levels Follow GPS navigation systems to efficiently navigate routes and adapt to traffic conditions in real-time Communicate clearly with passengers to provide directions, answer questions, and ensure a welcoming environment Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, state transportation regulations, and company policies during every trip Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including helping students with mobility challenges or special needs Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure ongoing safety and reliability Experience Prior experience as a delivery driver or chauffeur driving passenger vehicles such as buses, limousines, or shuttle vans is highly desirable Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and local driving routes enhances route efficiency and timeliness Experience in medical transportation or client-focused driving roles demonstrates strong customer service skills Knowledge of manual handling techniques for safe lifting of luggage or equipment when necessary Ability to communicate effectively with passengers and team members while maintaining professionalism at all times Understanding of heavy lifting requirements and safety protocols for personal vehicle delivery or shuttle driving Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., commercial driver's license for buses) with a clean driving record in compliance with state transportation regulations Join us in delivering dependable transportation services that prioritize safety, comfort, and exceptional customer care.
