Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety. Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or maps, adapting to changing conditions as necessary. Maintain accurate delivery records, including logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries. Assist in moving heavy items as needed, demonstrating strength and stamina for manual lifting tasks. Operate forklifts or other equipment when required for loading/unloading tasks. Experience Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety protocols is essential. Experience with heavy lifting and moving items safely is required. Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
