Overview We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and versatile Family Assistant to support our busy household and children. This dynamic role requires a blend of household management, childcare, animal care, and administrative support. The ideal candidate has impeccable follow-through, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to pivot between tasks seamlessly while maintaining absolute discretion.

Key Responsibilities Household Management & Vendor Oversight:

Schedule and oversee home/vehicle maintenance (including detailing, inspections, and registrations), coordinate service providers, and manage household projects, labeling, and clutter control.

Errands & Inventory Tracking:

Manage grocery lists, restock supplies (including pool and household items), handle Amazon/package returns, drop off dry cleaning, and maintain organization in the pantry and closets.

Childcare, Homework, & Routine Support:

Transport children safely to school and activities (vehicle provided), supervise playdates, assist with homework, prep healthy meals/snacks, and implement daily routines.

Animal & Plant Care:

Manage daily food/water for kittens, chickens, and peacocks; collect/sort eggs; handle the Litter-Robot; and water/prune household plants.

Wardrobe & Organization Systems:

Execute seasonal wardrobe swaps, manage clothing storage and donations, and ensure common areas are completely tidy before leaving.

Travel Logistics & Flexibility:

Assist with itinerary research and packing/unpacking, with the flexibility to cover occasional date nights or overnights with advance notice. Key Qualifications Exceptional organization & tech-savviness to build and apply new scheduling, management, and tracking systems. Safe driver expertise with a valid driver's license and an excellent, clean driving record. Drug-free workplace commitment , including passing a pre-employment drug testing panel and maintaining a drug-free status throughout employment. Strong communication & rapport to easily connect with children and coordinate effectively with the family and vendors. Impeccable follow-through with a mindset that leaves no task unfinished and ensures no detail is overlooked. High level of discretion , professionalism, and a willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Adaptable multi-tasker who can pivot between tasks quickly while maintaining high standards. Absolute punctuality with a consistent habit of arriving early for appointments and pickups. Animal-friendly and comfortable handling daily care for kittens, chickens, and peacocks. Background check clearance , CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), and strong professional references.

Pay:

$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
