In this role, you'll operate late-model equipment, follow all DOT and company safety standards, complete pre- and post-trip inspections, and handle freight with care. You'll communicate with dispatch, maintain delivery logs, and provide courteous service to store teams. Responsibilities Operate CDL A tractor-trailers to deliver automotive parts and supplies to O'Reilly stores Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all DOT and company safety procedures Load, secure, and unload freight to prevent damage and ensure order accuracy Maintain accurate electronic logs, delivery records, and required DOT documentation Communicate effectively with dispatch and store teams to coordinate routes and schedules Follow assigned delivery routes while adapting to traffic, weather, or schedule changes Provide courteous, professional service to store personnel and represent O'Reilly positively Report vehicle issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly to appropriate personnel Comply with all local, state, federal, and company transportation regulations Support a team-oriented, performance-driven culture and participate in ongoing training Required Skills CDL A license DOT compliance knowledge Tractor-trailer operation Electronic log devices (ELD) Vehicle inspection and maintenance checks Freight loading and unloading Route planning and navigation Time management Basic mechanical awareness Safety and hazard awareness
