This is a position is for the Guest Services at the mall as well as drive our Kiddie Train at the Fountains at Roseville Mall. This position requires to drive a battery powered train. The train holds approximately 15 riders for a 6-8 minute ride. Shifts will be scheduled as needed between 4-8 hours shifts. The Guest Services/Train Ambassador position is a self-motivating position. Individual will be required to sell train tickets, basic accounting of all monies, promote wonderful train experiences and smiling is a must! Train ambassadors will also be scheduled to sell train tickets, clean and sanitize train after each ride, reconcile sales at the end of each shift and submit deposits. Most importantly all Ambassadors must have a reputation for world class service etiquette and execute branded service standards. This position will require driving a kiddie train. Experience is a plus!

Guest Services Hours and Shifts:

Monday - Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm Sunday 11:00am-6:00pm
