Job Description
Hello and Thank You for your interest in joining Lake State Railway Company! LSRC is seeking applicants for Train Service - Conductor Trainees. Conductor Trainees will be trained on the job. This will include both classroom and field work. The training to become a Certified Conductor is approximately 4 months from employment start date. Once certified as a Conductor the employee will be placed on a seniority list to eventually become dual qualified as a Certified Engineer. Becoming dual qualified is a condition of employment for the Train Service position. Next approximate start date for a Conductor Trainee class TBD.
