We are looking for a crew with a minimum of 3 years experience building decks. A crew needs to be 2-3 guys. This is a 1099 position. 8am-6pm are the hours. High quality work and a reasonable pace to completition is expenced. The crew is expected to have their own tools. The company has a tool trailer, but it is sometimes at a different jobsite. The crew will be expected to do 100% of the job from start to finish. This includes demo, holes, pouring concrete, framing, finish work, stairs, railing, and punch list work. The work is either peice rate or day rates, depending on the job. If paid by the day, there will be a strong expectation of completiotion time. The contractor is responsible for material delivery, permitting, trash, sales, and everything in between. The crew will take 100% responsibility for completing the job.
