Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and versatile Deckhand/Mate to join our Parasail team. In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of the vessel's operations, assisting with navigation, maintenance, and guest services. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will contribute to safe, efficient, and enjoyable voyages. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in rigging, mechanical systems, and hospitality while working in a vibrant marine environment. Responsibilities Assist with the safe operation of the vessel, including handling lines, rigging, and deck equipment Perform routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems and deck hardware to ensure optimal functionality Support navigation tasks under the supervision of the captain or mate, including lookout duties when required Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the voyage Prepare customers for parasailing activities including , harnessing and inflating parachut. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deck area and interior spaces to uphold safety standards Collaborate with crew members on safety drills, emergency procedures, and daily operations to ensure smooth sailing Qualifications Prior experience or training in rigging, mechanical systems, or maritime operations is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high energy level A proactive attitude with a passion for teamwork, safety, and delivering memorable guest experiences Join us if you're eager to embark on exciting voyages where your skills grow daily!
