San Diego, CA Pay:

Contract (Part-time to start, with full-time potential | Min. 20 hours/week) About the Role Wright Marine Services is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Yacht Services Manager to join our premier yacht management team in San Diego. In this hands-on leadership position, you will oversee dockside fleet operations, ensuring our client vessels are maintained to the highest safety, functional, and aesthetic standards. Key Responsibilities Vessel Systems & Maintenance:

Perform regular, scheduled inspections and routine maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Fleet Care & Detailing:

Oversee and assist with scheduled vessel cleaning and wash-down services to ensure show-ready condition.

Dockside Management:

Serve as a key point of contact for fleet status, troubleshooting issues quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on marine industry experience.

Licensing & Record:

Must be eligible and able to obtain a USCG Captain's License (clean background, no DUIs).

Location:

Must currently reside in the San Diego area .

Transportation:

Reliable personal transportation is required.

Insurance:

As an independent contractor position, you must carry appropriate contractor insurance.
