Job Description
Overview Williams Party Boats is hiring deckhands for part time weekend positions. Trips are 4 to 12 hours on Saturdays and Sundays. We fish for Snapper, Grouper, Tuna, Sharks and more. Fun job for those who enjoy being out on the water. Base pay plus tips. Checks are given weekly. Tips are taken home daily. Responsibilities Preparing boat for the trip. Bait, tackle, equipment. Assisting customers with their fish and fishing equipment. Cleaning the boat and prepping it for the following day. Skills Previous boating and fishing experience a plus but not required.
