Full-Time Marina Attendant Brentwood Marina is a brand-new, state-of-the-art marina and dry storage facility and we're looking for a dependable Part-Time and Full-Time Marina Attendant to join our opening team. This is a hands-on role essential to daily marina operations, supporting safe vessel handling, dock activity, and a high level of customer service. Responsibilities Support launch and retrieval operations by working closely with marina staff and operators Help manage dock activity, including line handling, tie-ups and general dock assistance Perform daily visual checks of marina equipment and work areas, reporting safety or maintenance concerns promptly Maintain clean, organized docks, storage areas and marina grounds Assist with general marina operations as needed and special projects Provide friendly, professional service to customers and represent the marina in a positive, helpful manner Qualifications Previous marina, dockhand, boating, or marine-related experience preferred (but not required) Strong awareness of safety, attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours, especially during the marina's opening phase If you want hands-on work, take pride in the marine industry and enjoy being part of something new from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
