Our drivers are an essential part of our operation. Earn additional incentives for referring qualified team members. What You'll Do As a WSM Logistics Delivery Driver, you will: Safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle. Pick up and deliver packages along an assigned FedEx Ground route. Follow all company, FedEx Ground, and applicable DOT safety requirements. Use provided technology to navigate routes and complete deliveries. Accurately scan packages and complete required delivery documentation and photo confirmation. Safely load, unload, lift, carry, and deliver packages throughout the workday. Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Provide professional and courteous service to customers. Communicate with management regarding route, vehicle, safety, or delivery concerns. Maintain a safe, dependable, and professional work environment. What We're Looking For Our ideal driver is: Dependable and punctual. Safety-minded and responsible behind the wheel. Comfortable working independently. Able to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Able to safely lift and maneuver packages throughout the workday. Comfortable using smartphones, scanners, GPS, and delivery applications. Professional and courteous when interacting with customers. Willing to work as part of a team and help the operation succeed. Previous delivery, courier, commercial driving, or transportation experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Veterans are encouraged to apply.
