Job Description

Position:

Retail Associate with focus on Customer Service, Delivering, and Shopkeeping, while training to become a Designer.

Hours:

25-30 hours/week

Schedule:

Must be available to work Saturday between the hours of 8am - 4pm, and Monday, Thursday, Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm.

Pay:

$16/hour starting

Responsibilities:

Shopkeeping and Maintenance Deliveries in our Bloom Van Providing exceptional customer service Develop foundational skills in floral design as a designer-in-training

Requirements:

Valid Arkansas Driver's License Availability for listed schedule and flexibility around holiday and peak periods Basic computer and smartphone proficiency Working smartphone with data plan Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Dependable and hardworking with excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team Flexible, adaptable, and open to growth and criticism

From $16.00 per hour
