FedEx Large Package Delivery Driver
- Lowell, AR We are a FedEx Independent Service Provider operating out of Lowell, AR and we are hiring a large package delivery driver to service the Bella Vista area.
This position involves delivering and picking up large and oversized packages at both business and residential locations. It is a physically demanding, fast-paced job that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Drivers in this role must be capable of safely handling heavier packages and maneuvering them with the proper equipment when needed. Job Overview Your workday begins at the FedEx terminal, where packages are sorted and loaded into your delivery vehicle. Once loading is complete, you will dispatch to your assigned route, complete all scheduled deliveries and pickups, and return to the terminal when the route is finished. This position focuses on the delivery of large and oversized packages, so drivers must be comfortable with frequent lifting, loading, unloading, and using equipment such as dollies and hand trucks to complete deliveries safely and efficiently. There is no guaranteed end time. Most drivers return between 4:00-6:00 PM, but all packages must be delivered daily, so routes run until complete. Compensation & Benefits $20 per hour Monthly safety bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance available after 90 days Paid vacation and 401(k) available after 1 year Paid training Minimum Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 150 lbs, with or without the use of a dolly or other approved equipment Must be available to work Mondays and Saturdays Must be available to work full shifts until routes are complete 1 year of previous driving experience preferred Previous FedEx delivery experience preferred; applicants with FedEx experience will be given priority consideration Non-CDL position Ability to safely operate a box truck, including backing into docks, driveways, and tight spaces without damaging vehicles or property What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual — attendance matters Comfortable working independently and managing time Safety-focused with good situational awareness Professional when interacting with customers Physically capable of handling large and oversized packages throughout the day How to Apply If you're interested, respond with a brief summary of your driving experience and any questions you may have.
