Job Description

Must be a CDL Class A delivery driver Do not apply if you do not have 2 years recent experience with your CDL class A transports goods and packages safely and on time from a warehouse to businesses. Their main tasks include planning routes, loading and unloading items, following traffic laws, and providing good customer service. Key Responsibilities 
Driving and Navigation:
Operate trucks safely while using GPS tools to follow set routes and time limits. 
Loading and Unloading:
Pack items into the vehicle and unload them at each stop using tools like forklifts, hand trucks or dollies. 
Customer Service:
Greet clients, answer basic questions, and get signatures or payments when required
Vehicle Maintenance:
Inspect the vehicle before and after trips. Check fuel, oil, tires, brakes and inspect the vehicle for damage, and report any mechanical problems. 
Record Keeping:
Keep logs of deliveries, check off inventory lists, and finish required paperwork. Requirements and Skills 
Valid License:
A clean driving record and a Commercial Driver's License Class A for larger trucks 
Physical Strength:
Ability to lift heavy boxes, often up to 50 pounds, and walk up stairs or stand for long periods. 
Time Management:
Good punctuality and the skill to manage a busy schedule without getting lost. 
Communication:
Friendly attitude and clear speaking skills for talking with dispatchers and customers.
Basic Math, Reading & Computer Skills:
For tracking and data entry.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
